We are looking for a Customer Co-Ordinator who will be based at the Howden Expo in Howden.
The Role is designed to welcome end users to generate new leads for depots and account holders local to the end users’ address.
You will meet and greet visitors by appointment and manage ad hoc walk ins where required. Showcase the Howden Kitchen ranges by social interaction to understand the end users’ requirements which are then passed on to the depots local to the end user. This role will also support planned open events throughout the year.

- Educated with Functional Skills – GCSE English & Maths
- Kitchen design application
- Articulate with strong influencing skills
- Analytical with the ability to interpret and explain data to a diverse group with high variations in product knowledge
- Computer literate
- Ability to respond to changing demands and priorities
- Considers challenges as an opportunity to consider and suggest alternatives
- Is results driven and takes pride in delivering to SLA’s
- Ability to build solid working relationships and effectively communicate at any level
- People focused and lead by example, take pride in delivering results through others
- Team player
- Takes responsibility for and ownership of own work
