People Services Advisor
We’re looking for a proactive People Services Advisor to join our busy HR Services team on a six-month fixed-term contract. Based at our Croxley Park office in Watford, this is a full-time position where you will be working four days a week onsite and one day working from home. We’re launching our new people system, Workday and this role will be the first point of contact for Workday and HR queries from our employees and managers.
You’ll handle incoming calls and tickets via our Workday system, resolving issues where possible or passing them on to the right team. It’s a key role in our HR Shared Service team, ensuring quick, accurate support and a great experience for everyone you help. You’ll report to the People Services Manager and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
