The Systems Change Analyst is a critical role within the Digital and Systems teams and is responsible for planning, managing, and embedding digital and systems change across Howdens’ technology and modernisation programmes. This role will ensure that business stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and supported to successfully adopt changes that deliver measurable business value.
Working closely with stream-aligned teams, including Product Owners and Business Analysts, alongside the wider project teams, the Systems Change Analyst will drive consistent approaches to Digital and Systems change, stakeholder management and associated communications. This role is critical to ensuring that initiatives achieve their intended outcomes and benefits.
This role can be based from Marlin House, Raunds or Howden.
