Security Supervisor

We are recruiting a Security Supervisor to join our team based at our distribution site in Raunds, Northamptonshire. 

As a Security Supervisor you will have experience working in a senior security role within a warehouse or distribution environment. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Security Manager to implement effective and best practice security measures across our site.

You will be interacting with various teams across our business so you will have excellent people and communication skills in order to share your knowledge, experience, and best practice with your team.

Pay rate and shift pattern as a Security Supervisor:

• £30,492.21 + bonus
• 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday

The role:

• Monitoring your team’s performance on key issues and processes and recommending corrective actions as required
• Communicating site security plans, standard security operating processes and procedures
• Ensuring a safe and secure working environment for Howdens employees and visitors
• Establishing excellent customer relationships (internal/external) to ensure complete understanding of Howdens customer processes to ensure the delivery of viable security responses
• Assisting the Security Manager with incident analysis and investigations relative to all incidents

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment

• Excellent communication skills
