Warehouse Operative | FTC | Days/Evenings

We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team based at our purpose-built Raunds campus in Northamptonshire (Raunds 1, 2 and 3) on a fixed-term contract until the end of November 2026.

This is a key role within the warehouse team, where you’ll work closely with colleagues to support the smooth running of our operation. You’ll play an important part in getting our trade-only kitchen products to customers, from receiving and storing stock through to preparing and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

• £15.50 per hour + bonus + shift premium

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating days/evenings – 6:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
• Please note that flexibility is a contractual requirement. You may be required to provide up to 96 hours of support per annum, which may include Friday and Saturday working.

What you’ll be doing:

• Receiving palletised products from manufacturing into the warehouse
• Safely moving and storing stock in the correct locations
• Picking and building customer orders accurately, ready for dispatch
• Loading orders onto trailers safely and efficiently for delivery to our depots
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately within set timescales
• Confidence handling stock both manually and using manual handling equipment (MHE)
• A proactive approach to health and safety, always looking out for yourself and your team and reporting any risks or near misses
• Ability to work independently when required, using your initiative to complete tasks
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• FLT experience is helpful but not essential - training can be provided
