WMS Support Analyst

We are looking for a new Support Analyst with experience in Warehouse Management systems to support and enhance the current JDA (Blue Yonder) Dispatcher operations across the warehouse landscape.

The role involves analysing business requirements, configuring and optimising JDA systems, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the future migration to SAP EWM, offering expertise in the current state while helping define and deliver the future state.

A hands on, business-facing role requiring collaboration across warehouse and IS teams based onsite in either Raunds, Northamptonshire or Howden, Yorkshire. 

What you will be doing

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for JDA Dispatcher, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Analyse and document business requirements for system improvements and provide effective JDA solutions.
  • Support configuration, testing, and rollout of changes within the JDA environment.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to manage service requests and incidents.
  • Create functional documentation and user training materials for JDA processes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users to ensure proper system usage.
  • Actively contribute to the planning and execution of the migration to SAP EWM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map JDA functionality to SAP EWM capabilities.
  • Assist in data preparation and process design for the transition to SAP EWM.

What we need from you

  • Strong warehouse systems experience, especially with JDA Dispatcher / Blue Yonder , ideally in a warehousing or logistics context.
  • Ideally someone with an interest in moving their skills over to SAP EWM as the future platform.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operational processes and how they are supported by WMS platforms.
  • Experience with incident management, configuration, and system optimisation.
  • Exposure to SAP WM/EWM or involvement in migration projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as IDocs, EDI, or middleware platforms is beneficial.
  • Basic technical skills (e.g. debugging, scripting, data manipulation) are a plus.
  • Proactive, self-starting individual with a strong appetite for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders are essential
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Open to travel and flexible working as required by project phases or operational needs.
