Mechanical Engineer

We are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join us at our site in Runcorn, Cheshire.

In this role you will be supporting proactive/preventative maintenance of our manufacturing equipment, services, utilities, and improvement projects and provide support to reactive breakdown maintenance as required.

Pay rate and shift pattern:

• £57,143.28(including shift allowances) + monthly production bonus
• 40 hours per week (2 days and 2 nights (4 on / 4 off))
• 7:00am – 7:00pm & 7:00pm – 7:00am

What we're looking for...

• Experience of using CNC machinery
• Knowledge and experience of high-volume automated manufacturing equipment, along with fitting and fabrication skills
• Fault finding, root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Experience of pneumatics, hydraulics, robot and extraction systems is desirable
• Experience of computerised maintenance management systems and the development of maintenance tasks is desirable
