Role Summary & Purpose:
Join us in a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the future of our brand. As Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, you’ll drive bold, insight-led strategies working closely with wider brand comms team, to grow brand authority and visibility across both trade and homeowner audiences. You’ll lead on key brand channels including social, PR, influencers, and partnerships—using your strategic vision to shift perceptions, build equity, and generate real business impact. What You'll Do:
Lead Brand Impact
Own and elevate our social media, PR, influencer, and partnership strategies, driving bold, unified communications that boost brand visibility and reputation across trade and homeowner audiences.
Create Insight-Driven Strategies
Use customer insights and market trends to shape campaigns that resonate, perform, and shift perceptions. You'll translate data into action that delivers measurable brand growth.
Build Strategic Partnerships
Develop high-impact collaborations, across sponsorships, influencer marketing, and content partners like On The Tools, to extend our reach and influence.
Deliver Standout Campaigns
Drive fully integrated campaigns from strategy to execution, working with internal teams and agencies to bring our brand to life across social media, PR and wider comms channels.
Amplify Through Advertising
Collaborate with wider channel leads to shape national advertising and brand response campaigns that deliver results and amplify our message at scale.
Inspire & Develop Talent
Lead and grow a high-performing team, championing innovation, collaboration, and continuous development to drive future-ready brand marketing.
What We Need From You:
Brand & Campaign Leadership
Proven experience leading multi-channel brand campaigns, with a strong grasp of national advertising, social media, PR, influencers and partnerships.
Insight-Led Thinking
You know how to turn customer insight and performance data into strategies that resonate and deliver results.
Strategic Vision
A big-picture thinker who can shape and drive brand positioning across earned, owned, and paid channels.
Influential Leadership
You’re a confident team leader with a collaborative style, comfortable inspiring teams, aligning stakeholders, and navigating complex projects.
Partnership & Influencer Expertise
Experience managing partnerships and ambassador programmes that add real value and cultural relevance to the brand.
Creative, Commercial Mindset
You bring energy, originality, and accountability to the table—balancing bold ideas with a results-driven approach.
Bonus Points
