Hybris - C4C Lead

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Hybris/C4C Lead to work closely with the business, lead a small team, analyse business requirements; assess potential solutions and support systems on a day to day basis.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Howden but travel to other sites will be required on an ad hoc basis with overnight stays as necessary.

What you will be doing

• Provide process and systems analysis on Hybris/C4C and CRM
• Team management and development
• Support IT Strategy development across the systems landscape, with a particular focus on Hybris/C4C and CRM
• Develop, communicate and seek agreement on concepts, direction, and opportunities to harness new application technologies to deliver business benefit.
• Continual improvements to SAP solution delivery methodologies, such as change management, landscape management, build management, solution documentation etc.
• Accurate Project delivery

What we need from you

• Ability to lead delivery teams in achieving design aims
• Laise and work with the management team and key stakeholders securing their involvement, confidence, and co-operation in executing projects, generating their buy-in and ownership of the work performed.
• Carry out appraisals for direct reports including personal development plans
• Provide communication; training; and education to the wider teams including the supply chain business processes; culture; and ways of working.
• Ensure skill coverage is available through effective knowledge transfer
• The role will require the candidate when fully trained to provide overnight support on a rota basis covering business critical functions.
• Experience of SAP Hybris/C4C and CRM with good all-round experience of IT
• Excellent communicator, with a self - motivated attitude and a proactive approach to work
• Demonstrable experience working to tight deadlines on complex projects
• A degree or similar in an IT, or Computer Science related subject is advantageous
