Supply Planner

We’re looking for a Supply Planner who is keen to learn, grow, and take on a new challenge within our supply chain team, ensuring finished goods are always available to support depot demand while balancing inventory and service excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have all the experience yet but is motivated to develop new skills, gain exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain planning, and build strong relationships across purchasing, logistics, quality, and supplier teams.

You’ll learn how to interpret demand, plan stock effectively, and manage a fast‑moving environment, with access to plenty of support, coaching, and on‑the‑job development. The role focuses on finished goods, and there may also be opportunities to travel depending on business needs. What will you be doing as a Supply Planner:

You’ll have the chance to make a real impact by contributing to how we plan and move products through our supply chain. Working closely with our Planning Managers, this role is a great fit for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Supply Chain and enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment. You’ll develop confidence in planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making as you help us keep product availability on track.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, builds strong working relationships, and collaborates effectively, whether that’s with suppliers or with our Commercial, Quality, and Logistics teams. As part of a supportive team of 35 Supply Chain and Logistics planners, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow your skills while helping to manage significant inventory levels and a wide, varied product range. With over 900 depots relying on the plans you help shape, you’ll be contributing directly to the service and success of the wider business.

What do you need to qualify for the Supply Planner:

• Exposure to working in a Supply Chain environment.
• Excellent IT systems skills is essential (ideally exposure to SAP/ APO) for Planning & Production Scheduling.
• Knowledge of demand planning, logistics and purchasing.
• A confident communicator who can use their skills to persuade and influence.
• A confident decision-maker who can react rapidly to the changing requirements of the role.
