At Inspire Learning we continue to be very proud of our high-quality ESOL adult learning, designed to meet the needs of our communities across Nottinghamshire.
The programme continues to grow, and we are now recruiting for a full-time ESOL tutor to join our team, teaching across the county. We are looking for a well-qualified ESOL tutor (CELTA L5, or equivalent), a skilled practitioner with experience of delivering successful and high-quality accredited and non-accredited ESOL, both in-person and online, from entry level to Level 2, to meet the needs of groups of mixed-language, mixed-level, adult learners. As well as supporting learners to access and achieve ESOL qualifications, the tutor may design and deliver family learning ESOL.
We are seeking to appoint a tutor with a passion for developing enrichment work to support our ESOL learners and with an interest in working collaboratively with other tutors to develop ways of making other curriculum areas accessible to ESOL learners. Ideally, the tutor will have knowledge and experience of assessment and IQA processes.
The tutor will teach across Nottinghamshire, and online, with an agreed programme of teaching to include daytime, evening and some weekend courses.

At Inspire Learning we continue to develop and deliver quality learning opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and difficulties, across Nottinghamshire.
We offer a range of bespoke learning programmes, both accredited and non-accredited, often in partnership with partner services and organisations, for learning disabled adults in our communities. We are now recruiting for a full-time LLDD tutor to join our team, teaching across the county.
We are looking for a well-qualified tutor with experience of working with learning disabled adult learners with a range of skills and of learning and communication needs. The tutor should be a skilled practitioner with experience of delivering ambitious, engaging, supportive, successful and high-quality accredited and non-accredited learning. The delivery will be across a range of subjects but with a concentration on personal and social development and communication. The tutor should have experience of planning, delivering and assessing learning.
The teaching will be mostly in-person and can be anywhere in Nottinghamshire; there may be some online delivery. The tutor will work with, and contribute to, a supported tutor team to continue to develop our LLDD offer, in response to the needs of our community Ideally, the tutor will have knowledge and experience of assessment and IQA processes. An IQA qualification will be beneficial.
The tutor will teach across Nottinghamshire, and online, with an agreed programme of teaching to include daytime, evening and some weekend courses. Because of the travel, access to a car and/or the ability to travel across the county will be advantageous.

Inspire’s Adult Learning programme continues to strive to meet the needs of our communities across Nottinghamshire.

We have opportunities for throughout the county – and online – and are particularly keen to grow our tutor team in the north of Nottinghamshire.

Inspire Learning has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Development and Partnerships Manager to lead the development of strong employer relationships and expand opportunities for our learners across Nottinghamshire.
You will play a key role in building partnerships with local employers and external stakeholders to support Inspire Learning’s strategic aims. You will lead, with support from a small team, employer engagement activity to create opportunities for our college and adult learners to take their next steps in education or work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to be our Early Years and Bookstart Officer.
Managing a team of 2 direct reports you will lead the development and delivery of early literacy programmes for children aged 0 - 4 and their families. You will manage the Bookstart programme in Nottinghamshire to ensure it is delivered to national standards and reaches every eligible child.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Inspire and Nottinghamshire County Council, and with health and education partners, to maximise the programme’s impact and ensure services maintain the quality of the Inspire offer. You will monitor and evaluate service performance and impact against agreed targets.
With knowledge of child development and an understanding of the role of libraries in supporting early language, literacy and lifelong learning you will co-ordinate and manage work with children and their families in libraries and in the community. Recent experience of work with young children and their families in a library, education or childcare setting is essential.
You will have excellent communication and customer care skills, organisational abilities and an enthusiasm and commitment to the ethos and principles of Bookstart and the public library service.
Working 23 hours per week including occasional weekend working, the postholder will be based at Mansfield Central Library, with home working supported. The post involves countywide travel to libraries and community venues (predominantly Ashfield, Mansfield & Bassetlaw districts). The post is offered on an initial minimum fixed term of 6 months, with possible renewal on a 3 month basis.

We currently have a vacancy for a Joinery tutor in our Construction Department at our High Pavement centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate individual to deliver Joinery qualifications at L1 and/or L2. The ideal candidate will have at least some experience working with young people and have a level of competence necessary to delivery joinery at these levels. If you don’t hold a relevant teaching qualification, but feel you have what it takes to transfer your knowledge and experience of joinery to young people looking for a leg up, then we still want to hear from you!
