We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable person to join our team based at Newark Library and working across other sites in the area.
As a Building Officer you will undertake a range of duties including opening and closing the building, cleaning, maintenance, record keeping and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
You must have a good understanding of customer service, have excellent communication skills and experience of caretaking or cleaning.
The post is 29 hours per week, flexibility will be required to cover some evening lettings.
Weekly rota: Wednesday 7.30am-6.30pm Thursday 7.30am-6pm Friday 7.30am-6pm with an hour each day for lunch.
