A full-time Library Manager vacancy has arisen in West Bridgford Library.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to lead and motivate a team of staff in delivering excellent library services, putting our customers at the centre.
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual who enjoys a challenge and who can build positive working relationships with others. You will be well organised and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have experience of managing a team of staff. You will have an existing library, customer service or other relevant qualification and experience, or be prepared to work towards achieving this.
This role will be responsible for leading a team of staff in the provision of a high quality and customer focused library offer. Our staff are key to providing an excellent customer service, and, as a Library Manager, you will be expected to encourage staff involvement in the development of Library Plans and support the delivery of strategic developments of our library offer.
