Inspire's award winning Youth Arts Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Project Assistant to support our team of Principal Arts Officers. Inspire Youth Arts develops and delivers Music, Dance and Digital Arts across the whole of Nottinghamshire.

You will be based in Mansfield at our youth arts venue, the Old Library. We run a mixture of programmes, project and events for young people with a focus on those in challenging circumstances.

We think that our Library Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of our library service, and we have a great opportunity to join our small team at Kimberley Library. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who loves helping others and who would relish the chance to inspire people to read, learn and enjoy culture.
As a LCSA, no two days would be the same. You may be taking a class visit from a local school or helping someone to fill in a job application or to choose their perfect book to read. Our libraries offer a wide range of services and you will make sure that everyone’s experience with us is a positive one. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and proactive in looking for ways to develop and improve library services and outcomes for customers. You will also be committed to supporting the delivery of arts, cultural and learning services delivered through libraries. You will have experience of working with the public in either a paid or voluntary capacity and be able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team. You will also have experience of using computers and should be able to use ICT competently and safely. An interest in and knowledge of public library services, plus an interest in broader culture and learning are essential requirements for this post.

A full-time Library Manager vacancy has arisen in the Keyworth Cluster of libraries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to lead and motivate a team of staff in delivering excellent library services, putting our customers at the centre. We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual who enjoys a challenge and who can build positive working relationships with others.

You will be well organised and be able to work independently, and you will have some experience of leading and managing a team of staff. You will have an existing library, customer service or other relevant qualification, or be prepared to work towards achieving this. We are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic about developing library services in Keyworth, East Leake, Ruddington and Sutton Bonington libraries as well as overseeing the Community Partnership Library in Gotham.

This is an exciting time as we plan our recovery from the pandemic and seek new ways to attract people into our buildings and to use our services. Our staff are key to our recovery, and as a Library Manager you will be expected to encourage staff involvement in the development of Library Plans and support for strategic developments.

We are looking for a proven HR transactional experience within an HR and Recruitment function and a desire to motivate and develop a dedicated team and continually improve HR processes.

Reporting to the Payroll Officer, you will administer our recruitment and screening systems and the administration to support new employees joining the organisation as well as maintain their personal and work details on the HR system throughout the employee's time with us.

You will be someone with HR systems experience with intermediate knowledge of general IT systems and applications including spreadsheets, word processing and databases and the use of payroll and recruitment systems.

Experience of Access HR systems will be an advantage but not essential.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a medium sized organisation, with around 700 employees and casual/sessional staff.
