Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals who are adjusting to life back at home
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping
• Build relationships with service users and understand what will really make a difference to their daily lives
• Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting
• Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks
• Be able to provide support, guidance and encouragement during client recovery period

Our candidate expectations are;

• Able to work alternate weekends or every weekend.
• Can fulfil a 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm shift pattern.
• Willing to undertake personal care tasks including bathing and toileting.
• Comfortable and confident working as part of a team or lone working.
• Have the use of their own transport during working hours.
