We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to joining our team delivering
digital transformation, data science and Artificial Intelligence capabilities. The team works to generate external commercial income and to drive internal savings through efficiency and effectiveness.
This role provides services that enable us to inform leaders and managers by providing unique and valuable insights inform, underpin and enable optimal decision making leading to tangible impact and outcomes.
The purpose of this role is to support a vision for sector leading digital and data capability including:
- Transforming data into information, intelligence and knowledge to drive organisational impact and outcomes.
- To deliver affordable, accessible, agile data analytics, digital transformation and AI to all organisations regardless of sector, size, turnover or experience.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Computer Studies with a module covering data science. Some experience, voluntary is acceptable, of working in a data science team within further education. A working knowledge of Python and an overview of Power BI and ArcGIS.
In addition, being able to demonstrate initiative, organisational skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach to the needs of the team will be highly advantageous.
