Role Title: Post Sales Approvals Officer    

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £28,694 to £35,867per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Location: Dartford, Kent / Agile working (you will be required to work from our Mariner House, Dartford office 2 days per week)

Contract: Permanent

You will be providing Post Sales services to shared owners, freeholders and leaseholders, ensuring that the terms and requirements of the lease or charge are met.

In your role you will be pivotal in providing Post Sales services to homeowners including lease extensions, notices, home improvements and management packs, as well as processing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications. You will also provide Pre-Sales services to the New Homes Team ensuring that valuations and price lists are kept up to date and Moat’s sales exposure is monitored.
