We are now looking for an exceptional Director of Strategic Asset Management to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our property portfolio and enhancing the lives of our customers.

This is a rare opportunity to join our senior leadership team in a role that combines strategic influence, innovation, and visible leadership, with the autonomy to make a lasting difference at scale.

You’ll oversee major investment programmes, including retrofit and planned works, ensuring value for money, operational excellence, and outstanding customer outcomes. Working closely with the Board, Executive Team, and key stakeholders, you'll provide critical insight, assurance, and leadership across the organisation.

What you’ll be leading

  • Sustainability & compliance: Drive our net zero ambitions and ensure compliance with evolving building safety and housing standards
  • Investment excellence: Oversee large-scale capital programmes and major works, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality
  • Data-led transformation: Champion the use of data and intelligence to improve services and decision-making
  • Commercial performance: Embed strong financial discipline, procurement strategy, and contract management
  • Customer focus: Place customer experience, choice, and engagement at the heart of everything we do
  • Leadership: Inspire high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
