As our Head of IT Services, you’ll take ownership of our IT environments, data centres, and core platforms to ensure they are available, performant, secure, and ready for the future.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, providing direction across infrastructure, networking, security, and service desk operations. You’ll play a key part in modernising our architecture, embedding ITIL best practices, and ensuring our services support both the operational and strategic goals of the business.
You’ll be joining our Data & Technology team, a forward-thinking, collaborative group that’s committed to using technology and data to drive real organisational impact. We thrive on solving complex challenges and continuously improving the way we work. As Head of IT Services, you’ll play a critical leadership role, ensuring our technology foundations are robust, secure, and ready to support future innovation.
