Looking for a role where you can learn, earn, and grow? This is your chance to kickstart your future with a nationally recognised qualification and real hands-on experience.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Customer Service and Central Services teams. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering excellent service to our residents and supporting the smooth running of our organisation. You’ll handle customer enquiries; help resolve issues and provide administrative support for key processes such as tenancy management and service delivery. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll learn how a housing association operates, develop strong communication and organisational skills, and receive dedicated support from a training provider – all while building the foundation for a successful career and achieving a recognised qualification.

What you’ll get:

  • A nationally recognised qualification
  • On-the-job training with expert guidance
  • A supportive team that wants you to succeed
  • Hybrid working – a mix of office and home
  • A salary of £18,333 while you learn

What we’re looking for:

  • Eager to learn and grow
  • A team player who’s organised and proactive
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Curious and eager to learn about housing and how we support residents
  • Strong communication skills – friendly and clear
  • Comfortable using systems and handling customer information
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and able to manage tasks effectively
  • Confident working with different teams and building relationships

Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience – it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. If you’re motivated and ready to take the first step, we’ll give you the tools and support to help you succeed.

Why join us?

We’re one of the top 30 housing associations in England, with homes across London, Kent, Essex and Sussex. Our purpose is simple: “open doors to better lives for our customers.”

We’re proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, based on feedback from our amazing team.
