Hours: 17.5 hours per week – Wednesday (12.30pm – 5pm), Thursday and Friday (9am – 5pm)

We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Neighbourhood Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of Supported and Retirement Living schemes, as well as temporary accommodation. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older and vulnerable people by ensuring safe, welcoming, and well-managed homes.

We support agile working, so you’ll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home, our schemes and at our Maldon, Essex office.

What you'll be doing
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction. This includes conducting estate inspections, overseeing service contracts, and handling tenancy matters with a focus on supporting vulnerable residents.
You’ll lead on tenancy enforcement and anti-social behaviour cases, manage lettings and voids, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety requirements. Rent account management and complaint resolution will also be key parts of your role, alongside working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to enhance service delivery and community wellbeing.
