Job Title: Programme Data Officer - (Stock Acquisitions)

Salary: £34,365 to £42,956 (dependent on experience, knowledge and qualifications)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract (with a possible extension)

Location: Hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent in the office at our Mariner House, Dartford location and the remaining days working from home.

We’re currently looking for a Programme Data Officer to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, validating and importing stock acquisition data, ensuring records are accurate, complete and compliant. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help create and maintain property, leasehold and land registry records, while ensuring all key data is captured to support regulatory reporting requirements.

You'll play a vital role in maintaining data quality, identifying missing information, and supporting the smooth integration of new homes into our systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong analytical skills, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

What we're looking for:

• Advanced Excel skills and experience using spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
• Experience working with databases and large volumes of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues to resolve data queries and ensure information is complete and accurate.
