This is a pivotal role at the heart of our People Services team, focusing on Organisational Development you’ll work alongside two other People Coordinators to provide a wide range of people administration and support to the wider People Services team. This includes benefits, training, wellbeing, typing, taking minutes, filing, data input, diary management and other general administration, as required. It’s a varied and rewarding role where your attention to detail and people-first approach will make a real difference every day.
We're looking for someone who’s confident working with HR systems and thrives in a busy, ever-evolving environment. You'll bring a keen eye for detail, a positive approach to learning new processes, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. If you’re naturally organised, proactive, and ready to grow your skills, you’ll fit right in. Experience in minute-taking is a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to provide training.
