This advert is for two Support Worker position (Bank role; Shift work including nights and weekends). 

The hourly rate for this position is £12.80

Driving licence (minimum one year) is desirable

We are looking to recruit two Senior Support workers to provide direct 121 support to autistic children and young people at our social activities based in our Carryduff Autism centre. We need you to be: Resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. Being a Senior Support Worker takes leadership skills, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.

You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you.

Membership of the Access NI Scheme is an essential requirement of the post and the National Autistic Society will cover the cost of your application.
