We are looking for Part-Time Support workers to join our Supported Living Team based in Mildenhall (IP28 )

The service supports 2 autistic adults

Hours of work: 28 hours per week.

Your working pattern will be varied over a seven-day rota, and will include some weekends and bank holidays.

We are looking for Part-Time Support workers to join our Supported Living Team based in Mildenhall (IP28 ) The service supports 2 autistic adults. You must be able to drive resident vehicles to help the people we support access the community. Applicants must have at least 1 years driving experience and a full UK driving License 

Our safe environment and fully trained experienced staff support the people we support to have a good quality of life, ensuring support and activities are meaningful to each individual

We support the residents to develop their skill and independence, Residents attend social clubs, enjoy time in their large garden, have themed nights, pub quizzes and enjoy days out.

We support adults to be as independent as possible in their everyday lives, both at home and in the community. They all have very different needs, interests, goals and levels of support. They may need support with managing finances, medication, health needs, cleaning and personal care, so you need to be comfortable to perform personal care on both male and female adults.
