About the role

We are hiring an experienced part time Human Resources (HR) Advisor for our team in London.

Working for 21 hours a week, you will support our Senior HR Business Partner operationally and administratively with day-to-day people matters. This could be preparing data and management information reports for our Global Executive team, or contributing to a global equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiative as part of our Global People Plan.

This is a fantastic family friendly opportunity for a parent returning to work with previous HR experience, or an experienced professional seeking greater work-life balance.

Activities that you will get involved with day to day will be things like:

  • Performing administrative tasks such as uploading documents and maintaining employee records. For example, you will be maintaining our periodic global headcount report.
  • Providing support to stakeholders and employees on various HR issues.
  • Handling employee processes from start to finish, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assisting with employee relations by offering guidance and helping managers resolve issues.
  • Supporting performance reviews and ensuring feedback and development plans are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Helping with HR projects to improve organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

About you

  • Significant previous experience working in a HR role.
  • CIPD qualified, or relevant professional experience;
  • Excellent written and spoken English abilities;
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice people solutions to enable a great business culture;
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to things like preparing presentations and reports;
  • Capable of handling different tasks, responsibilities and tight schedules;
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities; and
  • A flexible and professional approach to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

What we offer

We offer a great benefits package which includes an industry-benchmarked salary, life insurance, an employee recognition scheme and an annual leave entitlement of 25 days each year.

We are family friendly organisation and can help you balance your professional and personal life through offering flexible working hours such as part-time, job-shares and compressed work weeks.

Work pattern

We work hybrid and expect you to be in the office for 1 day a week at our office in Waterloo Station in London.
