NRC Australia is seeking more highly skilled ETCS Project Delivery Leaders and Technical Specialists to bring their expertise, experience, and passion for rail to join our already established and extensive capability.

We provide comprehensive ETCS technical and program management expertise, offering structured, evidence‑based guidance throughout every stage of ETCS implementation and integration to ensure our clients are equipped with the capability, assurance and strategic direction required to deliver outcomes that are safe, efficient and of the highest standards.

We’re looking for expertise in:

  • Project Delivery & Integration;
  • ETCS Trackside & Onboard Subsystems;
  • Systems Integration & Requirements Engineering;
  • Verification & Validation;
  • Safety & Systems Assurance; and
  • Traffic Management Systems.

About You:

  • An experienced Project Director, Project Manager or Technical Specialist with a strong track record delivering complex ETCS digital signalling projects;
  • Highly capable in managing both the technical integration and broader project integration required to bring ETCS subsystems together seamlessly;
  • Confident in leading and guiding clients, delivery partners and senior stakeholders, providing clear direction across technical, commercial and project interfaces;
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced project environments, contributing expertise across ETCS integration, engineering coordination and technical leadership; and
  • Bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset to complex engineering challenges, with a strong commitment to safety, quality and achieving client outcomes within tight timeframes.
