  • Act as the engineering authority, accountable for System Integrator sign-off and readiness for entry into operational service.
  • Ensure compliance with TfNSW Standards Authority processes, including adherence to Technically Authorised Organisation (TAO) requirements and the NRC Competency Management Framework.
  • Provide technical expertise and international best-practice guidance to TfNSW, supporting knowledge transfer and capability uplift.
  • Develop and implement System Integration strategies and plans across all lifecycle stages of the program.
  • Lead the identification, investigation, and resolution of complex technical and program issues, working closely with senior technical leadership.
  • Provide strategic oversight and technical direction across all teams interfacing with the System Integrator.
  • Establish and maintain technical governance frameworks to ensure compliance with statutory, national, and international standards, while identifying opportunities to optimise cost and delivery without compromising safety or quality.
