The Opportunity with NRC
We are looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our team in New York on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. The successful candidate will provide support to our clients with the development of complex, transformational railroad projects.
Acting as a key member of the team, you will establish and manage internal and external interface processes. This includes identifying relevant stakeholders, establishing clear and systematic lines of communication, tracking the flow of documentation, and proactively applying creative problem-solving approaches to move the project forward.
You will also support the project manager with team coordination and project administration, including the management of finances, resource allocation, schedule, and status reporting to the client.
