About you

- Experience in providing strategic leadership and oversight of commercial decision-making for clients.

- A previous track record in leading a team to manage commercial issues within complex engineering and transit projects to ensure successful project completion.

- A strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management concepts.

- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business development, delivering tasks to budget, tenders, bid pricing and contract negotiation.

- A confident networker who can build relationships with internal and external entities.

- An intimate understanding of the Canadian and local Toronto rail market.
