The Opportunity

NRC Australia is seeking high-calibre ETCS Project Delivery Leaders, Systems Integration Specialists and Technical Experts to join our growing Digital Signalling capability.

Whether your expertise lies in technical delivery, systems engineering, integration, assurance, or project leadership, this is a unique opportunity to join an established international rail consultancy and contribute to exciting high-profile ETCS programs that are helping shape the future of rail in Australia.

Areas of Expertise We Are Seeking:

• ETCS Project Delivery and Integration;
• ETCS Trackside and Onboard subsystems;
• Systems Engineering and Requirements Management;
• Systems Integration;
• Verification and Validation;
• Safety and Systems Assurance;
• Traffic Management Systems (TMS); and
• Operational Readiness and Change management.

About You

You are a recognised rail professional with demonstrated experience in ETCS, digital signalling, systems engineering, systems integration, assurance, operational readiness or major project delivery.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Significant experience delivering ETCS, Digital Signalling or complex rail systems projects.
• Strong technical integration and project integration, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, disciplines and delivery partners.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to influence senior client representatives and project teams.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to achieving safe, successful outcomes for clients.
• The ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced project environments while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence.

Rail experience is fundamental to our business, and applicants must be able to demonstrate substantial experience within the rail industry. Particular interest will be shown in candidates with expertise in ETCS, digital signalling, systems engineering, systems integration, assurance, testing, commissioning, program delivery or operational readiness.

Chartered Engineer status, or an equivalent professional accreditation, will be highly regarded.
