Job Role:

We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.

Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

The Service:

Outlook Care’s Supported Living Services in Dagenham cater for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. Some services are for people with complex needs and need support with all aspects of their daily living. The service provides support for nine people. All provide 24-hour care, offering personalised support.
