Applicants must possess a valid UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle in order to fulfil the requirements of this role.

Mental health and wellbeing professionals operate independently within the community, providing assistance to individuals facing mental health challenges. This involves delivering housing support and facilitating access to services and resources outlined during the support planning process.

These professionals will assume a key role in client support, responsible for the implementation of outcome-focused, person-centered support plans.

It is expected that mental health and wellbeing professionals maintain professional relationships with the individuals they support, as well as collaborate with partners within multidisciplinary teams. They are also required to consistently uphold a positive reputation for Penumbra mental health services.
