Overview:
The Impact and Evaluation Lead is responsible for implementing and overseeing the monitoring and evaluation framework for the Redress Support Service. You will ensure that evaluation approaches are ethical, trauma informed, and sensitive to the experiences of survivors engaging with the Redress Support Service.
You will work collaboratively with our Innovation and Improvement team, and other Impact & Evaluation Leads to ensure consistency of approach to evaluation across the organisation, ensuring that Redress Support Service benefits from experience and insight from other Penumbra programmes. You will manage data gathering and report writing activities within the Programmes team, to inform service improvement and programme development in collaboration with our partners.
