The Percy Hedley Foundation has three main sites providing specialist education, adult day services and residential care to our service users. Our sites are based in Forest Hall, Killingworth, and Jesmond. Our Central Services are based in Forest Hall.

The Role
The Percy Hedley Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As the Continuous Improvement Lead you will play a strategic and operational role in driving quality and service development across day services, residential, and supported living.
You will work in partnership with the Head of Service, Head of Operations, Programme Managers and Registered Managers, championing a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence. You will support compliance with regulatory standards, promote best practice, and use data to inform decision-making and shape service transformation.
The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership or quality assurance role within adult social care, working with services regulated by CQC. You will need to be a highly driven and organised individual to help the foundation achieve its vision. If you think you have what it takes to join our team we would love to hear from you.
