The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Programme Manager within our Adult Day Service. We are looking for an experienced manager who will play a key role within the operational management team.
Ideally the individual will has vast experience supporting disabled adults with cerebral palsy, communication and sensory impairments and complex learning needs to achieve individual goals and aspirations.
The successful candidate will be based at Hedley’s Horizons and they will work very closely with the management team to deliver individual programmes with a major role in mentoring of the staff team. They will also be responsible for delivering activities to some of the service users within Horizons.
You will need to have excellent communication skills with colleagues, families, and external professionals. You will have a passion to be person centred and secure successful outcomes for all those attending the services.
