What You’ll Do

This is a dedicated 1‑to‑1 care role supporting a female service user with complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with personal care

• Assisting with mobility and gentle exercises

• Preparing meals and offering support with eating

• Administering medication and monitoring wellbeing

• Providing companionship and accompanying the client on outings

• Encouraging the client to take an active role in their care

• Recording and reporting daily information accurately

• Confidently supporting the client during non‑epileptic seizures (full training provided)

Shift Pattern

This role follows a two‑week rolling rota:

Week 1

• Thursday: 10am – 6pm

• Friday: 10am – 6pm

Week 2

• Monday: 10am – 6pm

• Tuesday: 10am – 6pm

• Saturday: 10am – 2pm

• Sunday: 10am – 4pm

Additional community hours are available for those wanting full‑time work.

Who We’re Looking For

• Kind, caring and compassionate individuals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous care experience (essential due to complex needs)

• Confidence in supporting non‑epileptic seizures

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

• Availability to work alternate weekends

• Right to work in the UK
