When you apply on-line for a position with Persimmon Homes we will use the information you provide to assist in the recruitment and selection process. Your information will be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment exercise.

The Company will then share your data with your former employers to obtain references for you and in the case of certain job roles, with an agency that will carry our pre-employment screening on the Company’s behalf.

If your application for employment is unsuccessful, your data will be held on file for a maximum of 12 months.

If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment.
