Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilise Combi FLT to unload long length raw materials and store safely and correctly
  • Utilise Combi FLT to load completed product ensuring that logistic profiles are followed
  • Utilise counterbalance to unload smaller raw materials and put into dedicated stock locations
  • General FLT duties in a fast-paced factory where safety, precision and accuracy are key
  • Perform stack checks using handheld scanners on all outward goods to ensure the correct materials are shipped
  • Complete stock inventory checks on all goods inwards to ensure correct materials are received

What experience do I need?

  • Must have a valid and in date Combi and counterbalance licence
  • Applicants must have demonstrated experience in forklift operation
  • Must be reliable, dedicated and have strong communication skills

 

Shift Working

You will be required to work 37 hours per week. The Company is required to operate shifts compatible with customer requirements.  All staff must be prepared to work any shift pattern that may be required to ensure that we provide an excellent service at all times.  Shifts will be based around a 6-2, 2-10 and 10-6 shift rotation or anything deemed necessary to support the business needs as follows. The Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of a requirement to work shifts or change shift patterns.
