What is the role?

We are excited to now be recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman. The responsibility of this role is to manage the completion and quality of our homes in a safe and efficient manner while meeting our build programmes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate the completion of homes
• Manage quality of finishing trades
• Snag internal and external finishes
• Provide snag list for all trades and monitor completion of snags identified
• Manage site resources with the Site Manager to maintain programme requirements
• Arrange and attend both Building Control and CML inspections
• Control warranty and completions certificates, transfer documents to head office and Sales Advisor for inclusion in handover pack
• Arrange air tests where applicable
• Attend Home demonstrations
• Carry out courtesy calls
• Provide customer care support

What experience do I need?

• Be a confident leader with a proven track record, ideally in a house building environment
• Possess the knowledge and experience to ensure compliance to build and safety standards
• Exceptional organisation skills, along with a methodical and analytical thought process
• Strong all-round communication skills enabling you to produce reports clearly on production process and quality
