What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Technical Team. This role typically reports to the Technical Director. 

The purpose of this role is to provide and perform general administration and secretarial support using own initiative and self-motivation where necessary. 

What you’ll do as an Administrator

  • Taking messages on behalf of team members who may be out of the office or away from their desk and distribute in a timely manner
  • Assist in secretarial duties for the company, including audio typing, word processing and the use of excel spreadsheets 
  • Arrange meetings/diaries 
  • Creating Consultant Appointment documents and orders appointments 
  • Monitoring, recording and updating Consultants PI Insurance details 
  • All employees have responsibility to ensure their practice adheres with both legislation and the fairness at work policy
  • Assisting the planning and technical teams in project procurement
  • Assembling and maintaining project health and safety documentation
  • Monitoring and updating project files 
  • Coordinating with all site and office based teams 

 What experience do I need?

  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Previous experience within an office environment 
  • Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook 
  • Ability to be well organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail
