 What is the role?

We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our team at an exciting stage of our digital transformation. As Group Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager, you’ll take ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities within our newly implemented Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll lead the development of automated nurture journeys, targeted campaigns and data-driven marketing across all 29 operational regions.

What you’ll do as Group Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager

  • Designing and optimising automated nurture journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Creating and deploying targeted email campaigns for national and regional initiatives
  • Developing trigger-based journeys linked to website actions such as brochure downloads and appointment bookings
  • Managing data segmentation and integration between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Building performance dashboards and insights to improve engagement and conversions
  • Establishing best practices, governance and scalable processes for Marketing Cloud
  • Working closely and collaboratively with marketing, sales and regional teams across all 29 operational regions

 What experience do I need?

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, data extensions and SQL)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation and customer journeys
  • Experience designing and building automated nurture programmes and email campaigns
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data sources, ideally with exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud or another CRM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on optimisation and performance
  • Experience in housebuilding, property, real estate or multi-region B2C businesses is desirable
  • Familiarity with AMPscript, HTML email development or personalisation logic is advantageous
