What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Office Administration Team on a fixed term period of 9 months. This role typically reports to the Office Manager. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our centralised support team.

In this role, you will provide flexible administrative support to multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across a wide range of projects. The workload is varied and fast-paced, requiring someone who can adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

 What you'll do as an Administration Assistant

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in secretarial duties for the company, including, word processing and the use of excel spreadsheets
  • Manage the diary for the meeting rooms within the office and to assist in the provision of refreshments where required
  • Support the Technical team in completion of drawing issues
  • Create sustainability certificates for plots
  • Support the Sales team in issuing Reservation Packs to client following reservation
  • Support the Sales & Commercial by processing Finishing Touches (flooring & kitchens)
  • Ensure personal protective equipment supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary
  • Order stationery supplies for individual sites
  • Archiving documents from closed sites
  • All employees have responsibility to ensure their practice adheres with both legislation and the fairness at work policy

What experience do I Need?

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ability to be well organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail
