What is the role?
The purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the Sales team, to ensure timely processing of sales and deliver promises. As our Assistant Sales Administrator, you will be creating, compiling and distributing documentation in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure sales progress to completion.
What you’ll do as an Assistant Sales Administrator
- Dealing with phone enquiries from potential and current customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring company standards are adhered to
- Progressing home sales information for New Home Demos, Key Release appointments
- Assisting diary management for the Sales team
- Recording and inputting sales information and data accurately onto the COINS/CRM system
- Working cohesively with the Sales Administrators, Fields Sales Managers, PX Manager, SS Manager & Sales Directors together with other departments across the business to ensure high standards of customer experience are maintained
- Generate price list, general letters and memos and creating extras checklists for Sales Advisors.
- Liaising with external utilities partners and factors
- Maintaining HBF monitors and drawing issue registers
- Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns
What experience do I need?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Administrative background would be preferred
