RECRUIT LIVE TEST MQ
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with QA managers and project leads to understand live testing requirements.

Coordinate and schedule live test simulations or technical assessments when required.

Build a strong pipeline of MQ test candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably with a focus on QA/Testing roles.

Understanding of manual/live testing environments and associated skills/tools.

Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
