Support Worker

We are now seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Team in Wrexham

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting people to live independently, this can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking.
  • Encourage and support with activities in the service and out in the community.
  • Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
  • Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
  • Administering medication when required – full training will be given.
  • Experience with autism an advantage

  • Have good communication and listening skills.
  • Flexible as shifts are on a rota basis and may include waking nights depending on the service requirements.
