We are seeking 2X Maintenance Operatives:

  • 1 – Merseyside
  • 1 – Central England (Gloucester/Bristol/Hereford)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain properties to a high, compliant standard in line with health & safety regulations
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs across building fabric and fixtures
  • Install and refurbish kitchens and bathrooms
  • Complete basic plumbing and minor electrical works
  • Maintain external areas including grounds and fencing
  • Conduct fire safety and security checks
  • Support site operations, deliveries, and removals
  • Liaise with and oversee contractors
  • Provide responsive reactive maintenance, including participation in an on-call rota

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Adhere to company policies and all relevant legislation, including health & safety and data protection

Who You Are

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Qualified or experienced in a relevant trade (e.g. Plumbing, Joinery, Legionella, Asbestos Awareness)
  • Skilled in general maintenance with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Able to work independently, manage workload, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of health & safety practices
  • Reliable team player with good communication skills
  • Committed to high standards and upholding company values
