What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain properties to a high, compliant standard in line with health & safety regulations
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across building fabric and fixtures
- Install and refurbish kitchens and bathrooms
- Complete basic plumbing and minor electrical works
- Maintain external areas including grounds and fencing
- Conduct fire safety and security checks
- Support site operations, deliveries, and removals
- Liaise with and oversee contractors
- Provide responsive reactive maintenance, including participation in an on-call rota
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Adhere to company policies and all relevant legislation, including health & safety and data protection
Who You Are
- Full UK driving licence
- Qualified or experienced in a relevant trade (e.g. Plumbing, Joinery, Legionella, Asbestos Awareness)
- Skilled in general maintenance with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Able to work independently, manage workload, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable team player with good communication skills
- Committed to high standards and upholding company values

We’re looking for two experienced Maintenance Operatives to join our team and help ensure our properties are safe, well-maintained and welcoming for the people we support.
This is more than just a maintenance role. Your work will directly contribute to creating safe, comfortable environments where people can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play an important role in keeping our properties running safely and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across our properties
-
Maintaining buildings, fixtures and facilities to a high and compliant standard

Installing and refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms

Completing basic plumbing and minor electrical works

Maintaining external areas, including grounds and fencing

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is practical, dependable and confident taking ownership of their workload.
You’ll ideally have:

A full UK driving licence

A relevant trade qualification or training, such as Plumbing, Joinery, Legionella or Asbestos Awareness

Strong general maintenance and practical skills

A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving

The ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
