Our service in Denbigh is looking for a Staff Nurse

What you’ll be doing:

  • Nurses are required for a recovery focused, person-centred service. We work with the individuals in our care to achieve positive outcomes that are meaningful to them.
  • Shifts of days and nights including weekends. Degree of flexibility to meet your availability.
  • supporting adults through 24-hour nursing within a mental health care home.
  • promote recovery through individualised care planning and support, enabling individuals to integrate into the community and to move onto more independent living.
  • Assess and monitor the physical and mental health of the people we support on a daily basis.

Who you are:

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staff.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person centred care plans for each person we support that meets their needs.
  • Leading the shift with the support of the home manager, clinical lead, and fully staffed team of experienced support workers.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to the team.
  • Undertake medication administration.
  • Ensure people we support are treated with privacy, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Promote and maintain a good working relationship with all external bodies and commissioners.
  • Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
