We have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team!
Park Road South is a specialist residential service in Birkenhead, supporting adults aged 18–65 with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours. We provide tailored support in a safe, stable environment, helping individuals build independence through recovery-focused tools like the Recovery Star model. Our skilled, values-driven team has a strong track record of supporting people into more independent living.
Whether you're experienced or new to care, you'll receive full training and support. As a Support Worker, you will:
Assist with daily tasks like cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and appointments
Support people to access community activities and build confidence
Help individuals develop independent living skills
Administer medication (training provided)
Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
Caring, positive, and motivated individuals
Good communication and listening skills
No experience required – just the right values and work ethic
£12.60 per hour | 32-hour contract
