Support Worker

We have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team! 

Park Road South is a specialist residential service in Birkenhead, supporting adults aged 18–65 with mental health needslearning disabilities, and complex behaviours. We provide tailored support in a safe, stable environment, helping individuals build independence through recovery-focused tools like the Recovery Star model. Our skilled, values-driven team has a strong track record of supporting people into more independent living.


The Role:

Whether you're experienced or new to care, you'll receive full training and support. As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist with daily tasks like cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and appointments

  • Support people to access community activities and build confidence

  • Help individuals develop independent living skills

  • Administer medication (training provided)

  • Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times


What We’re Looking For:

  • Caring, positive, and motivated individuals

  • Shifts: 8–4, 10–6, 12–8, 2–10
  • Good communication and listening skills

  • No experience required – just the right values and work ethic
