Senior Support Worker
We are seeking a Senior Support worker to join our Service in Birkenhead.

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support have learning disabilities, mental health needs, and different levels of independence.
- Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Be part of an on-call system.
- Complete weekly and monthly audits.
- Develop staff members' skills.
- Personal care is required.
- Working to maintain a high level of support required for the service needs.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- This is within an adult residential service.
