Support Worker
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Waking Nights Support Worker.
Moor Court Care Home in Bodenham, midway between Hereford and Leominster, is a residential service where we support up to 14 adults with varied needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with their personal, physical, and emotional needs throughout the night.
- Completion of nightly duties, including domestic and administrative tasks.
- Undertaking training online and face to face where necessary.
- Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
- Personal care.
- Shift times: 9 pm-8 am.
- Drivers preferred.
Who you are:
- The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
- Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Motivated and a team player.
- Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours preferred but not essential.
