What you’ll be doing:

  • The people we support may have learning difficulties and or Mental health needs.
  • You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • This is within a supported living service for adults aged 18+

  • You must be flexible as shifts can consist of morning, afternoon, evenings and sleep-ins depending on service requirements.
